Nameless Asian Dish Invades Your Kitchen!

Hi all,

I’ve been busy busy busy with schoolwork this past week (yes, it’s finals time again), which means that I’ve had little time to cook and even less time to blog, but the other night I did whip up a nice little Asian dish filled with lots of goodies.

The veggies involved in this mash-up included zucchini, edamame, bean sprouts, broccoli, and onion. There was also a lot of baked tofu thrown in there for good measure. And beneath it all, there was a nice and spicy sauce made with Bragg’s soy sauce, Sriracha chili sauce, and brown sugar.

If the description’s not enough of an indication, this was a tasty meal. The only problem is that it doesn’t have a name, since I wasn’t following a recipe or even any particular guidelines. But regardless, “Nameless Asian Dish” made for a happy dinner, and will make for happy leftovers in the days to come!
